I can help you improve sleep, energy, and functioning through medication management if indicated, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle coaching. In addition, with psychotherapy, we will explore your thoughts and feelings, find the root cause of your symptoms, and provide an optimal environment to heal so that you can find your joy again.

  • Initial Intake (75 min)

    This comprehensive session, through secure telehealth platform, allows us to delve into your background, concerns, and goals. You will complete a detailed intake form about your health history, which I will thoroughly review before the first appointment, so that we allow ample time to expand on and understand your needs. Initial intake appointments are essential for creating a personalized treatment plan.

  • Short Follow Up (25 min)

    Focused appointments to review medication efficacy, side effects, and make necessary adjustments.

    Fee: $230

    Long Follow Up (50 min)

    Ideal for weekly psychotherapy sessions, medication management, or a combination of both. We will assess progress, address concerns, and refine treatment strategies.

I’m an Out-of-Network Provider

While I do not directly bill insurance companies, I can provide you with necessary documentation for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company if applicable.

Being an out-of-network provider, I am able to offer earlier appointments, true appointment times, longer visits, integrative modalities, and highly personalized services.

My Approach

Medication

I offer evidence-based medication management tailored to your individual needs. Not all patients require medication. If medication is indicated, we will discuss the risks and benefits of specific medication(s) and decide on a course of action together. This usually happens at the end of your Initial Intake appointment but sometime initiating medication may be discussed during follow-up appointments as severity of symptoms and life circumstances change.

Psychotherapy

I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy. Through our weekly sessions, we will work together to explore the depths of your experiences, emotions, and challenges to gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and the influence of the past on your present behavior. I provide a safe and compassionate space for you to navigate your thoughts and feelings, fostering self-awareness, healing and growth.

Supplements

Building on my knowledge of integrative medicine, I will review lab results with you and provide guidance on nutraceuticals, such as herbs or supplements, that can complement your treatment plan. If appropriate and aligns with your beliefs, I may refer you to TCM herbalists/acupuncturists for additional assistance.

Lifestyle Coaching

Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine beliefs, your diet can contribute to emotional health problems like anxiety, depression, and insomnia as much as it can affect your physical health. Guided by TCM philosophies, I offer lifestyle coaching that encompasses sleep, nutrition, and exercise. These practices are carefully curated to support your mental well-being and promote a balanced, vibrant life.
